We want every homeowner who reaches Femalesevidence Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Femalesevidence Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Femalesevidence Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@femalesevidence.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
